Volunteer at the 2024 Saskatoon Challenger
The Saskatoon Challenger would be nothing if it weren’t for the hard work from our volunteers. Every year we receive interest from tennis fans from across the province, and we greatly appreciate anyone who is able to take the time out of their busy schedule to assist us in our tournament. We do our best to fit volunteers in their desired department, but some are more popular than others so we, therefore, ask people to choose more than one department.
We are excited to be hosting our first international tennis tournament since before the pandemic.
Shuttle Service
Drive players/officials from their hotel to the club, as well as to and from the airport.
Kitchen
Serving meals to players and officials. Meals will be delivered by a catering company.
Grounds Crew
General court maintenance, daily set-up/take down, replenishing players and officials lounge, and setting up bleachers/tents for spectators.
Ball Crew (ages 8-18)
Responsible for setting up the court, providing players with water bottles/powerade and towels.
Welcome Desk
Answer player questions, check players in, call shuttle drivers, and accept racquets for stringing.
